1Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HelloDrive.io ("Website" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least the minimum age required by Ohio law for online drivers education (typically 15 years, 5 months)
- Provide accurate, complete information during registration
- Have permission from a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18
3Course Requirements
- You must complete all course modules, quizzes, and final exams as required by the Ohio BMV/DPS.
- You agree not to attempt to cheat or bypass seat time requirements.
- You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials securely.
4Payments & Refunds
- Payment must be made in full before accessing the course.
- Course purchases are typically non-refundable, but if you've run into a problem with your purchase we'd love to help — email support@hellodrive.io and we'll do our best to make it right.
- Any refunds granted are at HelloDrive's sole discretion and must comply with Ohio regulations.
5Certificates of Completion
- Upon completing all course requirements and satisfying identity validation checks, you will receive your Certificate of Completion.
- We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete coursework, invalid information, or missed verifications.
6Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Website
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.
7Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and branding are the property of HelloDrive, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission.
8Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do our best to keep the information accurate and up-to-date but do not guarantee completeness or suitability for your particular situation.
- Completion of our course does not guarantee passing the Ohio driver's license exam.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HelloDrive, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
